A dream state film which unravels fragments from fears hidden in childhood nightmares and the transition to their deconstruction at a breakthrough point as an adult.


The Story The film consists of certain autobiographical elements, with the male bust statue being a significant reference to the director’s Greek heritage. Its dominant and frightening sight to a young girl’s eyes is a reflection on the patriarchy she will have to tolerate soon and it follows her to her adulthood. Then, a shift happens, a breakthrough point which enables her present self as a woman to shut down the noise and doubt caused by society. She is now drawn to light.
